(April 10, 2001) -- Online direct marketing company FloNetwork, Greenwich, Conn., is partnering with e-mail marketing company Blink Ltd. to deliver permission-based e-mail in Australia and New Zealand.

The Auckland, New Zealand-based Blink is part of Fivepiecedog.com group, an online and offline marketing agency based in Parnell, New Zealand. Blink will use FloNetwork's deployment engine to deliver the e-mail campaigns it creates, tests and manages. In February, DoubleClick, New York, entered an agreement to acquire FloNetwork to augment its own e-mail marketing products and services. -- Cara Beardi
