Ford post to Rogers

Ford Motor Co.'s Lincoln-Mercury Division, following recent moves by General Motors Corp. to hire outside marketing professionals to beef up brand management efforts, named James Rogers its general marketing manager. Mr. Rogers was formerly a VP at A.T. Kearney Inc., where his consulting included brand and marketing strategies. He succeeds Carl Bergman, now customer service operations' manager of Ford's Customer Service Division.
