Forrester: 2003 worldwide e-commerce $3.2 tril

Worldwide electronic commerce sales will reach as high as $3.2 trillion in 2003, representing nearly 5% of all global sales, according to new research from Forrester Research. The projections were announced at the Boston Forrester Forum. Forty-six percent of attendees said their companies plan to sell more than $1 million each in goods and services online in 1999; 23% expect theironline sales to exceed $10 million.
