There was plenty of on-air talent to choose from when Lee Hunt Associates, New York, created promos for the new Toon Disney network. The 24-hour cable network is a showcase for Walt Disney Co.'s library of animated TV programming. In the IDs, previously drawn renditions of Disney characters interact with the logo created by Hunt. Toon Disney launched with about 5 million subscribers, according to Electronic Media. Creative director: Bob English. Logo designer: Cheri Dorr.
