Foundry Networks, an Internet infrastructure company, and AOL Time Warner announced on March 22 a technology and marketing agreement that expands considerably its existing partnership to a multiyear, multimillion-dollar effort. In addition to providing America Online with networking products and services, Foundry will also be advertising in AOL Time Warner's online, print and television properties, including netscape.com, Time Inc. publications and Turner Broadcasting. On the global front, AOL Hong Kong announced its first wireless initiative, making AOL Mobile services available in Hong Kong. AOL Mobile allows customers with PCs, Internet-ready phones and other wireless devices to access AOL content and services. -- Catherine P. Taylor
