Fox slates interactive prime-time programming via Wink

Fox Broadcasting Co. is readying a launch of interactive enhancements across its entire prime-time programming schedule via Wink Communications. Fox viewers will be able to access additional program-specific content, as well as news, sports and other applications, via their TV remote controls. Fox and Wink also are providing Fox marketing partners and their potential consumers with interactive advertising capabilities, information-on-demand, discounts-on-demand and other one-touch applications. Wink is free to the viewer, requiring no upgrades or additional hardware in the home for viewers with a Wink-enabled cable or digital satellite set-top box.
