New franchise venture

Michael A. Leven and Neal K. Aronson have formed U.S. Franchise Systems in Atlanta and purchased franchise system rights to Microtel Inns and Suites, a budget hotel concept. Mr. Leven, formerly president of Holiday Inn Worldwide, and Mr. Aronson, a former principal of Odyssey Partners, said they want to develop an international franchise conglomerate to include hotels and motels, restaurants and automotive services.
