Frankel mulls IPO

Bud Frankel, chairman-CEO of Frankel & Co., Chicago, said today the privately held marketing agency is considering a public stock offering next year to help finance future growth. The company reported capitalized billings of $187 million and revenues of $28 million through the first half of 1996, a 33% percent increase over the prior-year period.
