(July 10, 2001) -- FranklinCovery, the professional services and products firm, has awarded its $10 million to $15 million account to Omnicom Group's Merkley Newman Harty & Partners. New York-based Merkley Newman, the first-ever agency FranklinCovey has hired for a branding campaign, competed against Havas Advertising's Euro RSCG DSW, Salt Lake City, and Publicis Groupe's Publicis Dialog/Publicis Technology, San Francisco. -- Lisa Sanders
