Cliff Freeman & Partners, New York, dropped out of the $75 million Driver's Mart Worldwide review on Thursday. Warwick Baker & Fiore, New York, was asked to step in, joining Carmichael Lynch and Campbell Mithun Esty in the review, which will be decided mid-May.
