NetValue, a Paris-based Internet usage measurement company, expands into the U.S. April 5 as NetValue USA. NetValue monitors Web activity of a panel of people using a proprietary application to help marketers gain a more complete picture of consumers' online activity. NetValue clients include Microsoft Corp., Yahoo! and L'Oreal.
Separately, Leading Web Advertisers today launches its latest ad-monitoring service, New to the Web, which scans sites to identify, classify and report online ads as they debut each day, competing with such services as Media Metrix's AdRelevance.
