Frito-Lay, Plano, Texas, is consolidating all its promotional work at Frankel, Chicago, effective June 1. Frito-Lay's promotional account had previously been split between TL Partnership, Dallas, and Frankel. Frankel programs for Frito-Lay have included the Cracker Jack restage. The consolidation follows Frito-Lay last spring naming a single worldwide ad agency, BBDO
