Frito-Lay launches new chip

Frito-Lay introduced Tostitos Nachos, a new chip line featuring a firmer chip designed to hold toppings, with a campaign featuring comedian Chris Elliott. The advertising places him in old video clips of the "Beverly Hillbillies." The 30-second commercial, running on prime-time and syndicated TV, is from BBDO Worldwide, New York. The campaign is themed "Now's a good time," and promotes the chip as a sturdy accompaniment to Frito-Lay's wide-ranging line of dips and sauces.
