Time Warner is shutting down its Full Service Network, an interactive TV network that had some 4,000 subscribers in Orlando, Fla. The much bally-hooed service allowed users to order video on-demand, play interactive games, order pizzas and bank online. Pizza Hut and Barnett Bank were among the few marketers who participated in the service, which is expected to fold completely by yearend. Time Warner now is working on offering video on-demand to its cable subscribers within a couple of years.
