FTC judge says Doan's ads misled

A Federal Trade Commission administrative law judge ruled Doan's Pills ads falsely implied the product was more effective in relieving back pain than other over-the-counter pain relievers. Novartis Consumer Health, marketer of Doan's Pills, is considering an appeal. Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylor, New York, handled the Doan's ads challenged by FTC.
