Full-motion video ads at ATMs

EDS, Plano, Texas, launched a pilot program in San Diego that tests full-motion video advertising on Diebold ATM machines. The pilot will operate on 165 machines located in 7-Eleven stores. Fox Searchlight Pictures has bought time for two films, "The Ice Storm" and "The Full Monty." Nissan Motor Corp. has also bought time. The video clips will run during the "please wait screen" sequences and will last about 15 seconds. Future enhancements will include couponing.
