Future Network to restructure, cut jobs

Future Network, the parent company of U.S. publisher Imagine Media, is undergoing an internal restructuring that includes retaining investment banker Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. to explore options for its new economy magazine Business 2.0, it was reported Feb. 16.

Future also announced plans to cut about 350 jobs and shut down 20 magazines, six of which are based in the U.S.
