The Weather Channel's Weather.com is rolling out its first offline ads in a first-quarter test with ads on TV, radio, outdoor, cups and dry-cleaner bags. TBWA/Chiat/Day, Playa del Rey, Calif., handles the account, with a stated budget of $2 million to $10 million.
