Gallo wine case goes to jury

A federal jury in San Francisco April 1 began deliberations in the $30 million-plus lawsuit Kendall-Jackson Vineyards & Winery brought against the E & J Gallo Winery on charges that Gallo stole the "trade dress'' for its permium wines. Kendall-Jackson charges that Gallo copied its "Vintner's Reserve" chardonnay flange bottle and label design with its Turning Leaf Chardonnay.
