The "summer games" take on new meaning with a campaign launched this month from the Florida Division of Tourism, Tallahassee. In Atlanta, TV, radio and print ads, plus a 60-board outdoor campaign, promote the Florida theme, "Return to your senses in Florida." The goal is to attract to Florida Atlanta residents besieged by Olympic construction and congestion. The $261,000 effort, from Fahlgren Benito, Tampa, runs through July.
