Gates: Microsoft breakup plans from Justice Dept. 'disturbing'

Microsoft Corp. Chairman Bill Gates called the Department of Justice's April 28 proposals calling for a breakup of the company and behavioral remedies "very disturbing." CEO-President Steve Ballmer was scheduled to begin appearing in a 30-second TV spot on April 30 maintaining Microsoft products help the U.S. economy and the company will continue innovating for consumers and customers.
