Gateway 2000 enters the ISP business

Gateway 2000 is getting into the Internet service provider business. Starting Nov. 10, consumers who order Gateway PCs will receive the machine pre-installed to access the Internet with gateway.net. The ISP service, which costs $12.95 a month for 30 hours of access, will be available to existing Gateway PC owners in 1998.
