PFLAG (Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians & Gays) plans "Project Open Mind," a $1 million TV campaign from Zimmerman & Markman, Santa Monica, Calif., that focuses on bigotry. The spots break Nov. 9 in Washington, Atlanta, Houston and Tulsa, Okla., for a three-week flight with network cable to follow.
