Heye & Partner's brief is to create a product-led campaign for the North-Rhine Westphalia region, where its strongest rival, QVC, is located. In addition, the agency will launch an information campaign on H.O.T's forthcoming initial public offering and its online launch.
H.O.T. is available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The service is jointly owned by HSN--Home Shopping Network, 43%; Thomas Kirch (son of media mogul Leo Kirch, 33%; Georg Kofler,15%; and mail order house Quelle, 10%.
