Gillette Co. launched GilletteSoccer.com, an online soccer resource, in conjunction with Gillette's sponsorship of World Cup France 98. The site provides information on soccer match results, team standings and other information. It was developed by Think New Ideas, working with AltaVista and DoubleClick. In addition to the site, Gillette banners are running on Digital's AltaVista search network.
