CHICAGO-Nestle Chocolate & Confection Co. last week snared the Super Reggie for best promotional campaign of 1993, awarded by the Promotion Marketing Association of America.

The effort from last summer supported Butterfinger candy bars. Alcone Sims O'Brien, Irvine, Calif., is Nestle's agency.

The campaign featured Bart Simpson, of Fox TV's "The Simpsons," and was titled "Who Laid a Finger on Bart's Butterfinger?"

Other Reggies for winning promotional campaigns, among 25 finalists, went to the following marketers: Spencer Gifts, Schering-Plough HealthCare Products, Northwest Airlines, NBC Marketing and Kellogg Co., JanSport, CoreStates, Blockbuster Video, Budget Rent a Car, and Binney & Smith.
