U.S. The Utah Transit Authority knows the bus is not the first choice of travel options among teen-agers in pursuit of all that is hip. But this spot, with its funky sound track, quirky type and vibrant shots of expensive footwear, promotes an appealing kids' $20 summer pass. "The bus has air conditioning, too," a voice-over reasons, "and it'll get you there cheaper."
