Wenger, Delemont, Switzerland, said it will invest $40 million over the next five years to establish a global identity and marketing plan for its Genuine Swiss Army Knife and Wenger Swiss Military Watches brands. Wenger recently acquired a stake in Precise International, Orangeburg, N.Y., the exclusive U.S. marketer of its products, allowing for a unified global marketing effort.
