Ann B. Glover, former director of customer marketing at PepsiCo, was appointed senior VP-corporate marketing of The Hartford Financial Services Group, effective immediately. She is in part replacing Nancy Benben, VP-director of advertising, who left the company earlier this year; Ms. Glover's role also will include Internet and brand development. The Hartford is one of the nation's largest insurance and financial-services companies, with 1999 revenues of $13.5 billion.
