General Motors Corp. tapped Applied Graphics Technologies as a central digital-content warehouse and transmitter for all its print and broadcast advertising, collateral and public relations materials.

GM said its automotive divisions' ad agencies will send Applied Graphics all pre-press work.

"This agreement allows us to gain efficiency through the creation of common processes for our divisions and advertising agencies," said Philip Guarascio, VP-general manager of marketing and advertising at General Motors' North American Operations.
