GM's Zarrella aims to whittle down dealers

General Motors Corp. marketing czar Ronald Zarrella is heading up a 40-person task force to reduce GM's swollen dealership ranks and enforce new rules for dealerships with more than one brand, according to Automotive News. Mr. Zarrella, VP in charge of North American sales, service and marketing, wants divisions grouped so they don't compete in showrooms.
