GM, AT&T cards rated best

General Motors' GM Card and AT&T's Universal Card were ranked highest in consumer satisfaction in a survey by J. D. Power & Associates, Agoura Hills, Calif. Power said the GM card won in the rewards category (cards offering benefits for frequent use) and AT&T's card won in the basic and gold card category. The Comprehensive Credit Cardholder Satisfaction Study analyzed customer satisfaction performance on 47 credit cards across 21 issuers. A total of 10,170 consumer credit cardholders were surveyed.
