Go2Net snags $133 mil in Allen financing

Go2Net, a network of financial and community sites, also announced investments from Paul Allen's investment company, Vulcan Ventures. Vulcan has purchased Go2Net stock worth $133 million, adding to the $167 million worth of Go2Net stock Vulcan bought in March. Mr. Allen's Vulcan owns approximately 34% of Go2Net, worth $426 million. As part of the deal, Go2Net will provide portal services to subscribers of Mr. Allen's affiliated cable companies.
