, a subsidiary of the New York Times Co. Magazine Group, has entered a long-term licensing agreement with Successories to develop a direct-mail catalog of golf gifts and apparel and a network of retail outlets to be called The Golf Company From Golf Digest
. The catalog is expected to be launched during the first half of 1998 with retail outlets to follow. Successories purchased British Links golf gift catalog last year and plans to merge marketing efforts of the two. Successories will use Golf Digest
photo and editorial archives to develop new products to sell through the catalog and retail outlets.
