"Because branding and identity are the first services identified [for a company], they're the perfect entree for public relations because many times we are the second," Mr. Jernstedt said. "we want to follow quickly to be sure we are there to begin the communications strategy."
Springpoint, which boasts a client list that includes Bird's Eye Wall's, British Tourist Authority and Campbell's, will continue to be run by co-founders Fiona Gilmore and Mark Pearce. Terms weren't disclosed. Springpoint billings are estimated at $5 million.
