Good Housekeeping selected iGain, a provider of cash-based loyalty and customer retention programs, to power its new online savings mall, GHsavings.com. The site will provide cybershoppers with cash rewards. GHsavings.com is iGain's first partnership with a multi-retailer Web site. Retailers posted on GHsavings.com are required to meet the rigorous standards of the Good Housekeeping Institute for privacy, security, customer service and content appropriateness. E-merchants participating in the site's launch include Art.com, JCPenney, KBkids.com, more.com, MyFamily.com, Ross-Simons, SelfCare, Spiegel and Toysrus.com.
