Goodby gets Polaroid project

Published on .

Polaroid Corp. named Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco, to handle first-quarter creative projects; media remains unassigned. A TV and print brand campaign presenting "a slice of life with a creative twist" will break early next year. The agency is to "fill Polaroid's short-term creative needs," said Ken Mills, senior marketing communications manager, adding that the company "is going to be looking very closely at Goodby's marketplace response" for future business consideration. Polaroid is to select an agency of record for its $30 million account by June 1996.
