Downloadable music seller GoodNoise Corp., Palo Alto, Calif., has purchased Santa Monica, Calif.-based Creative Fulfillment, an entertainment and Internet marketing company that owns and runs Emusic.com. GoodNoise plans to use Emusic.com as the primary brand for its downloadable music Web site.Under the terms of the deal, GoodNoise will issue 630,190 shares of GoodNoise common stock and pay cash of approximately $300,000. Emusic becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of GoodNoise.
