Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. narrowed its $60 million North American agency review to four contenders, according to executives close to the situation. BBDO
Worldwide, McCann-Erickson WorldGroup, both New York, GSD&M, Austin, TX and Goodby
Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco all made the cut. Previous agency J. Walter Thompson USA, Detroit, withdrew from the review at the end of January. A Goodyear representative wouldn't confirm the contenders, but company officials had said a cut would come this week.
