'GQ's' Granger new 'Esquire' editor

David Granger, executive editor of Conde Nast Publications' GQ, was named editor in chief of Hearst Magazines' Esquire, effective immediately. Mr. Granger has been with GQ for the past six years. Randall Rothenberg, appointed acting editor of Esquire following the departure of former Esquire Editor in Chief Edward Kosner two weeks ago, will retain the executive editor title.
