Grey acquiring Beyond Interactive

Grey Advertising, New York, is expected to announce this week it has acquired Beyond Interactive, an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based interactive shop. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Beyond Interactive will keep its name and separate identity, but will operate under the Grey umbrella, an executive close to the agency said.
