, New York. Western Initiative and TN Media also were finalists. The media review, as well as Subway's creative review, are handled by consultancy AAR/Bob Wolf Partners. A decision on the creative review is expected in mid-March. Publicis & Hal Riney, Chicago, previously handled creative and media.
