Group readies pro-Clinton TV spot

Published on .

People for the American Way, Washington, a group created by Norman Lear, said a TV commercial urging Congress and the American people to "move on" from the Clinton scandal could begin airing nationally Oct. 7, most likely on cable. The commercial, from Greer Margolis Mitchell Burns & Associates, Washington, suggests voters should go to the polls and Congress should start focusing on other issues. Spending was not determined.
