Groupe Bull seeks advertiser partners for e-commerce

Seoul--French computer marketer Groupe Bull is betting on cybercash and the future of electronic commerce.

Bull wants to develop electronic commerce with major international events in partnership with advertisers, according to Najar Naffah, Bull's Paris-based VP-multimedia business. The first event is the annual Cannes movie festival, where Bull will maintain a permanent Web site with information about the festival and items from the festival's boutique of movie memorabilia that can be ordered and paid for electronically, he said.

Bull is still seeking an advertiser for the Cannes movie festival Web site. Bull is also developing the site for its next project, an ecology conference to be held this fall in Lyons, France, Mr. Naffah said.
