(June 19, 2001) -- Omnicom Group's GSD&M, Austin, Texas, outshined Richards Group, Dallas, and Interpublic Group of Cos.' Suissa Miller, Los Angeles, to win Dial Corp.'s $15 million to $20 million personal cleansing products account, a GSD&M spokesman said. Dial's longtime agency, Omnicom's DDB Worldwide, New York, was cut earlier in the review. The agency shift was directed under Dial Chairman-CEO Herb Baum, according to an executive close to the marketer. -- Hillary Chura
