Sam Gulisano is leaving his post as executive creative director at FCB Worldwide, New York, on March 15 to start his own interactive agency. Mr. Gulisano, 49, has been with FCB since 1978 and had held his current post for five months. He will not be replaced. His partner, Executive Creative Director Rich Russo, will take over creative for the agency. Messrs. Russo and Mr. Gulisano have been running the creative department together since October.
