Ha-Lo buys brand ID shop

Promotional and premium advertising products distributor Ha-Lo Industries, Niles, Ill., said it acquired Lipson Alport Glass & Associates, a brand identity and package design company with offices in Chicago, Cincinnati and New York. Terms were not disclosed. Lipson Alport will continue to operate under the same name. Lipson Alport clients include Baxter International, Coca-Cola Co., General Mills, Kraft Foods, Motorola, Nestle, Perrier, Pillsbury Co., Procter & Gamble Co. and S.C. Johnson & Son.
