Hakuhodo/Lintas lands Peugeot's $11 million Japan business

TOKYO--Hakuhodo/Lintas has won Peugeot's $11 million account in Japan.

The appointment follows a seven-way pitch that included Dentsu and Euro/Tokyo, according to Chris Reynolds, managing director of Hakuhodo/Lintas."This victory is truly the result of a joint effort by Hakuhodo Lintas,Hakuhodo and Initiative Media, London," he said.

Richard Murraym, president of Inchcape Peugeot (Japan), says: "We chose Hakuhodo/Lintas because they are small but supported by the might of Hakuhodo. We hope we will have personal attention with the resources of a big Japanese agency, which is essential in this difficult market. Hakuhodo/Lintas offers the best media buy and has excellent creative."
