Hakuhodo sets up design shop in China

Published on .

TOKYO--Japan's second-largest advertising company, Hakuhodo, in July opens a marketing design center in China to widen the services it offers to clients overseas.

The new center, called Hakuhodo Inc. Asian Market Design Office (China), is being set up in Hong Kong "with the aim of expanding key client business in the region," the company says.

The office will be a part of a global marketing system set up by Hakuhodo in 1998 and will help regional clients to tap more deeply into China and Chinese-speaking markets.
