(April 27, 2001) -- Hallmark Cards selected Interpublic Group of Cos.' McCann Relationship Marketing, New York, to handle its Hallmark Gold Crown loyalty program. MRM, which also works on Hallmark's Keepsake Ornaments business, will handle consumer targeting, creative strategy and account management; Carlson Marketing Group, Minneapolis, which previously handled the account, retains responsibility for the program's operations including Web site management and programming. -- Cara Beardi
